We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account, and send relevant product updates. We never use your uploaded documents to train AI models.
We employ AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, and strict tenant isolation. All data access is logged immutably. For more details, see our Security & Compliance page.
You can export all data at any time. Upon cancellation, we provide a 30-day window to export your data, after which all data is permanently deleted. A certificate of destruction is available upon request.
We use select third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. We maintain zero-retention agreements with our LLM providers. Your documents are never shared with or accessible to third parties except as necessary for service delivery.
